Hello friends! It’s Noa, creator of the blog Freshman No Fifteen. I am thrilled to announce that I will be teaming up with Taylor Hills, author of My Turn With Curves, Austin Leibowitz, author of RU Fit, and Amanda Elkhatib, author of Eat Sleep Fitness, in a collaborative campaign to promote health and fitness.
Our target audience, shared passion for health and our interest in fitness is what linked us together. We will be working to produce health and fitness related content over the next few weeks by producing a series of podcasts and videos featuring recipes, quick workouts and more. In our effort to bring awareness to the importance of health in college—we will be promoting a nonprofit organization called the National Coalition for Promoting Physical Activity (NCPPAA). The NCPPAA’s mission is to inspire Americans to lead more physically active lifestyles, a common value of between all of us. You can check their website out for information and recourses,
My partners all have unique experience and insight to offer, whether is plus size dancing, staying fit at Rutgers, or fitness fashion–our different areas of expertise broaden our knowledge and benefit our campaign. While we focus on slightly different topics within health, we share a collective goal—to create awareness of the importance of health, offer realistic and convenient tips to college students, and inspire them to live a healthier lifestyle and enjoy every step of the way. Stay tuned with me and my partners on My Turn With Curves, RU Fit, and Eat Sleep Fitness, for more information and tips on how to look and feel your best.
